• Volunteer Registration: Name, email, phone number, location, areas of interest, marine/rowing experience, and Garda vetting status.
• Waitlist Intake: Name, email, phone, age category, rowing experience, and boat preferences.

We process your data solely for legitimate club operations:

• To respond to your questions and arrange introductory taster sessions.
• To coordinate volunteer shifts, safety boat driving, and dock assistance.
• To notify you about upcoming Learn-to-Row intakes and club registration windows.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with governing bodies (such as Rowing Ireland or Paralympics Ireland) when required for official athlete registration, insurance, or Garda vetting compliance with your explicit prior consent.
